As at 31 December 2021, the Management Board of Grupa Kęty S.A. was composed of:

- Piotr Wysocki – Member of the Management Board,
- Tomasz Grela – Member of the Management Board.
Due to the expiry of the term of office of the Management Board, the Supervisory Board of the Company, by resolution of 8 April 2021, appointed Mr Dariusz Mańko to the position of President of the Management Board of the 11th term and Messrs Rafał Warpechowski, Piotr Wysocki and Tomasz Grela as board members of the Management Board of the 11th term. As of 31 December 2021, the composition of the Management Board of Grupa Kęty S.A. is as stated above.
